1. Booking and Payment
* Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when I have sent a written confirmation email and received minimum a 20% deposit; if the tour is within the next 45 days, it is only confirmed upon full payment.
* Payment Method: Payments are accepted via bank transfer / PayPal / stripe in GBP. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
* By You:
* Cancellations made more than [e.g., 7 days] before the tour: Full refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees).
* Cancellations made within [e.g., 48 hours] of the tour: No refund will be issued.
* By Me: If I must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer an alternative date or a full refund. I am not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.
3. Changes to the Itinerary
* I reserve the right to alter the route or stops due to weather, road closures, or safety concerns. I will always try to provide a comparable experience.
4. Health and Safety
* Your Responsibility: You must inform me of any medical conditions or mobility issues before the tour begins.
* Conduct: I reserve the right to terminate the tour for any individual whose conduct is disruptive or dangerous, without a refund.

* Tours proceed in all weathers unless I deem conditions to be dangerous (e.g., extreme wind or flooding). If I cancel for safety, a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
